Don’t have CrossFit experience yet? No worries! You’ve got choices:
1.] Jump in a class that fits your schedule. We will be sure to ease you in by taking it slower & focusing on moving well vs intensity. No intimidation here: we have new members hop in our classes all the time!
2.] Schedule a 15-30 minute private consult with us first and let’s chat before hopping in class. This could include a small intro workout as well if you’re up for it—just be sure to mention below so we know how long to schedule the consult for! [15 mins no intro workout; 30 mins with intro workout]
