We believe in real coaching, moving well, getting more fit in all domains & having fun while doing it. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat out all of your demons, meet awesome people, challenge yourself & keep you wanting to come back for more.

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING
GET BUILT, NOT BURNT.
Inspired by Marcus Filly, we create our own Functional Bodybuilding [FBB] programming. Think: controlled intensity, with a major focus on tempo work, regular single arm // leg // core focused movements, and strategic rests. This class is jam packed with 8-13 movements not typically programmed in CrossFit—guaranteed to ramp your rate up by time under tension & short bursts, without leaving your body feeling completely beaten and burnt over time.
INTENSITY: Moderate & manageable
LENGTH: 1 Hour
FOCUS: Control, strength, aesthetics, intentional movement & longevity

OPEN GYM
DO THAT, BUT BETTER.
Sometimes, you need to work on things outside of class times to speed up your progress. Enter: open gym. This time is dedicated for you to work on anything your heart desires; a coach will be present, but will not be leading any workouts. It’s like a playground for adults!
