It's so tempting and so easy to focus on the things you are good at. Our ego wants us to do that. 

But getting stronger, getting better is all about feeding your goat. 

Your goat is that thing that you hate -- that movement that makes you want to skip when you see it come up in the workout. For a lot of people it's double unders or burpees or running or snatches. Everybody has at least one.
